Job Responsibilities:
· Maintains and makes necessary adjustments to various records and/ or logs such as journals, payroll/ time records, or property records.
· Verifies amount and codes on various forms for accuracy.
· Sort documents and posts debit/s credits to proper account. Balances entries and makes necessary corrections.
· Verifies statement items and totals with department records.
· Reconciles simple bank statements and department records.
· Makes and checks necessary calculations.
· Prepares forms and encodes materials for data input.
· Prepares and checks invoices, requisitions and other documents for processing; encodes and obtains approval when necessary.
· Compiles routine numerical information report purposes by hand or by running route recurring reports on internal computer records.
· Perform clerical duties such as sorting mail, filing and typing, operates variety of general office equipment.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
· Required skill(s): MS Office.
· Required language(s): English, Filipino
· At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Must be efficient aggressive, creative pro-active and hard working.
· Applicants must be willing to work in Binondo.
· Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Sales Representative Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Accomplish individual sales target
• Achieves individual sales productivity
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work
schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Conduct daily inventory
• Ensure 100% good condition of display units
